Terms & Conditions

Reservations

• All sessions and events require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
  
  

• No date is considered reserved until the deposit is received.
  
  

• All events (quinceañeras, weddings, prom, graduations, etc.) must be booked at least one month in advance.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled session or event.
  
  

• Cancellations made within two weeks of the event will result in the loss of the deposit.
  
  

• If the client does not show up on the day of the session or event, the deposit is forfeited.

Delivery Time

• Edited photos are delivered within 5–7 days after the session or event.
  
  

• Express delivery (within 48 hours) is available for an additional fee

Photo Delivery

• All photos are delivered through a private online digital gallery.
  
  

• RAW or unedited photos are not provided.

Punctuality

• If the client arrives late, the lost time will be deducted from the scheduled session time.

Group Photos

• For graduation and prom sessions, clients may request individual portraits and optional group photos with friends.

Additional Edits

• Additional edited photos outside the package are available for an extra fee.

Usage of Photos

• Photos and videos taken during sessions or events may be used for portfolio, website, or social media purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in advance.

Agreement

By booking a session or event, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
